What if I have a ticket query?
Your booking is still valid for next year’s concert. The physical tickets were not issued due to the uncertainty around dates and will be sent out between four and six weeks prior to next year’s event. For any other questions then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I have booked a hospitality package?
Your booking is still valid for next year’s concert and will be automatically transferred to the new date. You will be sent further information 4 to 6 weeks prior to the concert date.
What if I have booked car parking?
Your car park booking is still valid for next year’s concert and will automatically be transferred to the new date. Should you have any further questions then please contact email@example.com
What if I have booked hotel accommodation?
If you have an existing hotel booking made for the night of the concert then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly and they will be able to help you with your existing booking.
